TERMS FOR SUPPLY OF PYROTECHNIC EQUIPMENT (FIRING SYSTEMS)

For all firing systems, produced by company «Sheriff», we provide a guarantee for 18 months from purchase date, accompanying documents and the documents of Ukrainian State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification.
After ending of guarantee period we provide 2-year free after-sales services for all firing systems. Free after-sales services covers free services for replacement of broken details (independent of the break reason). Costs for the details are paid by the client (or he can provide the details).
For all the clients, who purchased full set of firing systems (firing system, cables, blocks) company «Sheriff» holds 6-hour studies (seminar) on the arts of fireworks launch. Course of the studies you can see here
During 1 year after purchasing of firing system we provide to buyer free twenty-four-hour consulting on accident control measures and order of preparing and holding fireworks, as well as consulting on legal issues that happen in differebt cases (restrictions of authorities and controlling units during preparing and holding fireworks, endorsement of fireworks display in different regions of Ukraine etc.)
For buyers of firing systems we hold 2-hour introductory studies on fireworks computer modelling.
